Linear Guide Brands except Thk JAPAN

Almost all other linear guide brands except Thk JAPAN  are using plastic strip to support balls to not let them fall down Klas and Thk Both share same technology by using stainless steel ball supporter clips. This feature make both these brands outstanding products. Thk is a very highly priced product . But klas is quite reasonable as compared to Thk. So if you have big budget ,Thk is the best option. But if the brand name doesn't attract you much, KLAS stands on top with best quality in reasonable price. product names Red green is plastic type Silver  black is STAINLESS STEEL TYPE

Klas Linear guides are exceptional

We have used many brands of linear guides like Hiwin, PMI etc. But I always faced a problem of the falling balls from track of the guide block specially  during installation . Every time 2-3 linear guides blocks out of 10  used to get spoiled  because of balls falling down from guide blocks . And in cantilever load applications the klas brand linear stands really solid. No complaints. Because the ball supporter clips of klas linear guides is made of Stainless steel of 304 grade. Which never let's the ball fall down out of the track. Even at the time of installation and deinstallation. Just put  the linear guide into the rail without any worry ,the balls won't fall out Take it easy . So for linear guides I recommend KLAS. It's really a worth paying product ...
